On 29 October 2026, Interim Legal was delighted to sponsor the 5th Inhousecommunity Day Switzerland, organised by LC Publishing Group through LegalcommunityCH at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy in Zurich.
The event brought together General Counsel and leading legal professionals from across Switzerland to exchange perspectives on the evolving responsibilities of legal leadership, the growing influence of artificial intelligence and the changing demands placed on corporate legal departments.
Following opening remarks by Aldo Scaringella, CEO of LC Publishing Group, the first roundtable, “From General Counsel to Business Leader: How a Changing World Is Redefining the Role of the GC”, explored how legal leaders can contribute to strategic business decisions while maintaining professional independence and accountability.
Our Co-Founder and Managing Director, Sebastian Fanai-Danesh, joined Dirk Kessler (Nestlé), Nils Kjaergaard (Novartis), Charlotte Kufus (Flank), Pejman Madani (Oracle) and Fabienne-Anne Rehulka (SIX) for the discussion.
Among the key themes were managing commercial and legal risks, integrating AI into legal operations, combining permanent legal teams with specialist expertise and investing in the next generation of legal professionals.
A second discussion, “Different Industries, Common Tough Calls”, featured Maria-Antonella Bino (Vontobel) and Hansueli Sallenbach (Axpo), exploring the challenges of legal decision-making across the financial and energy sectors. Both sessions were moderated by Claudia La Via, Editor-in-Chief of LegalcommunityCH MAG.
The afternoon concluded with the Best 50 Celebration Cocktail, providing an opportunity to continue the conversations and strengthen connections across the Swiss in-house legal community.
We sincerely thank LegalcommunityCH, LC Publishing Group, all speakers and participants for the insightful discussions and excellent organisation.
Interim Legal is proud to have supported this year’s edition and remains committed to fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange and innovation within the Swiss legal profession.
