About Interim Legal

As a Swiss, American, and British citizen, Sebastian is a US-qualified lawyer with extensive international experience in the US, European, and APAC markets, spanning both the talent acquisition sector and the legal services industry. As Managing Director and Co-Founder of Interim Legal, his passions lie in improving access to legal practice and assisting in-house legal departments in adopting more resourceful approaches to sourcing legal services.

Rubina Din Abel is the director of the Life Sciences practice at Interim Legal, where she supports international clients with a focus on Switzerland and the US. With over five years of experience in consultancy, Ms. Din Abel specializes in the pharmaceutical industry and has worked on a diverse range of national and international assignments, including Senior Legal Counsel Commercial roles for biotech companies and Clinical Trials Lawyers within the pharmaceutical sector.

Ms. Din Abel began her career with Spencer Stuart, an international executive search firm, where she supported mandates in the telecommunications and technology sectors. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Studies/Peace and Conflict Studies from Goethe University in Frankfurt, and during her studies, she spent one year at the Complutense University in Madrid and six months at Haifa University in Israel. Ms. Din Abel is fluent in German, English, and Urdu.

Sebastian Woller serves as the Head of Product at Interim Legal, where he is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s product and service strategy, as well as its operations. His key duties include identifying new opportunities to develop and launch products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, thought leadership, and communicating the company’s product and service vision to various stakeholders.

Mr. Woller brings a wealth of professional and international experience in management consulting, government, and strategy to his role. He has worked at esteemed organizations such as EY, Daimler, and Roland Berger. He completed his studies in International Management at the International School of Management in Hamburg, Germany.

As an Engagement Manager at Interim Legal, Anne Marie enables legal departments to become agile and efficient by providing them with flexible and qualified legal resources from our network of paralegals, legal counsels, and compliance specialists. She brings diverse expertise and experience from working in different legal services providers, mostly in tech-related fields, such as Legartis, Accenture, and Kaminski Harmann Patent Attorneys AG.

Anne Marie also leverages her skills and knowledge as a Lecturer in Change Management at SIW, where she teaches strategies and theories to facilitate organizational transitions and adaptability. Additionally, she is a certified Leadership & High Performance Coach, with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Queen Mary, U. of London, specializing in Media Law, Global Intellectual Property Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Tim has over 10 years of recruiting and headhunting experience in the Financial Services sector, having worked with industry leaders such as UBS, Credit Suisse, and Egon Zehnder Executive Search. Over the course of his career, Tim has successfully hired more than 1,000 candidates in the fields of legal and compliance from around the globe, across all levels of seniority.

Tim began his career in finance as a Controller and Finance Manager, where he built and led large teams for several international companies. This experience sparked his passion for recruiting, which he has since pursued with a focus on connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities.

Tim holds a degree in Economics from GSBA Zurich.

Having worked in organizations of varying sizes, from small organizations to large corporations, Ana is adaptable and able to navigate different work environments seamlessly. She has developed a strong understanding of the intricacies and challenges associated with different organizational structures while working in HR document management, administration, communications, projects, and public affairs. Her academic background in Political Science provides her with a unique perspective and a well-rounded approach to problem-solving.
